Apple’s premium tablets are already seeing price cuts for sales
The 2022 11-inch iPad Pro is little different from its predecessor, but this time it’s equipped with an M2 chip. This ever-more-powerful slate boasts the power of a Mac and retails for less than €1,000 at the time of sale.
After integrating its first ARM chip into its high-end tablet, Apple is doing it again in 2022 by introducing the iPad Pro, this time powered by the latest M2 chip. It doesn’t change the look compared to the previous models, but it powers the slate with the M2 chip – the same processor that recently powered the MacBook Pro and Air 2022. If you want an all-round powerful tablet, this is the one for you. It benefits from a €69 discount for the 128GB version.

Apple iPad Pro 11 M2 at the best price?
Nice looking tablet
In the ever-expanding iPad lineup (with the addition of a new mid-range iPad between the iPad and iPad Air), Apple’s highest-end tablet is still the iPad Pro. For the 2022 vintage, the Californian firm is keeping the design of the previous iPad Pro. Maintains a premium look with the plate borderless and rounded corners. It offers a good grip with a diagonal of 11 inches and a weight of 466 g. The 2022 iPad Pro 11 still doesn’t use Mini Led technology and reunites the Liquid Retina LCD display found in the 2021 version. Still, it’s nice to look at thanks to HDR up to 120 Hz and Pro Motion compatibility. The tablet will offer excellent fluidity and good image quality.
The 2022 generation brings some (rather minor) new features. It starts with the addition of Wi-Fi 6E, which results in faster download speeds. iPad Pro 2022 brings a new feature to one of its accessories. Now, to make it even more convenient to use on a tablet, the enamel of the Apple Pencil can be detected a few centimeters away from the screen. You can preview where a pen stroke will appear, move its icons, and in some applications, quickly slide between items.
Which is getting closer and closer to the power of a laptop
But the real innovation here is in the guts of the tablet. Apple’s high-end tablet ditches the M1 chip to make way for its latest chip: the M2. iPad Pro M2 with already excellent performance in the previous generation equipped with the M1 chip “Up to 15% faster“. Also count on up to 35% faster graphics performance. Apple’s slate can measure up to some PCs without a problem.
iPad Pro 2022 introduces iPadOS 16, an update that allows you to customize the resolution of the iPad Pro M2, but above all it introduces the “Stage Manager” function. It lets you get a little closer to macOS, with resizable windows, trackpad navigation, and the ability to use four apps at once. Finally, when it comes to autonomy, the tablet can last a day depending on your usage.
