ASUS bet on a powerful enough configuration for TUF 706. So there’s a 17.3-inch IPS FHD screen with a brightness of 250cd/m² and a colorimetry that covers 45% of the NTSC spectrum. We will console ourselves with a refresh rate of 144Hz, which should please fans of competitive games.
The screen is equipped with a dedicated Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card with 6 GB of GDDR6 VRAM memory and a power of 80 W (90 W with dynamic amplification). In short, you’ll be able to enjoy the latest triple-A games in 1080p even with some graphics options enabled.
