Virgin Pina Colada Non Alcoholic Cocktail Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 12 cl of pineapple juice
  • 4 cl of coconut milk
  • ½ lime
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla sugar

Recipe:

  • Place a handful of ice cubes and all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend everything for a few seconds (or if you don’t have a blender, use a shaker).
  • Pour the contents into a cocktail glass. You can even garnish with a piece of fresh pineapple if you have some. Tastes good chilled!

Ingredients (for 5 people):

  • 3 teaspoons of lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 5 teaspoons of rosemary syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of liquid orange blossom flavoring
  • 10 cl sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 sprig rosemary (optional)

Recipe:

  • Squeeze in the lime juice, then the lemon juice.
  • In a glass, add rosemary syrup, liquid orange blossom, then lemon juice.
  • Add a few ice cubes and then pour in the sparkling water.
  • Garnish the glass with a sprig of rosemary and enjoy chilled.
  • Chef’s tip: don’t be afraid to add a variety of juices, such as clementine or pineapple juice.

  • 12 cl of white grape juice
  • 8 cl strawberry nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 4 cl sparkling water

Recipe:

  • Pour grape juice into a glass, then strawberry nectar.
  • Then add the vanilla sugar, then the ice cubes.
  • Mix everything together, then add sparkling water before serving.

Ingredients:

  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 C. tablespoon Bonne Maman Intense Strawberry Jam
  • 2 cl lime juice
  • 10 cl of ginger beer (non-alcoholic drink)
  • Ice cubes

Recipe:

  • Place the mint leaves in the bottom of a shaker, then crush them with a pestle.
  • In a shaker, add the ice cubes halfway before adding the lime juice and strawberry jam.
  • Close the mixer and mix everything.
  • Strain the preparation by pouring it into a cocktail glass. Top with ginger beer, then serve chilled.

Mocktail Perrier Lime Detox

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of fresh ginger
  • 2 cl lime juice
  • 1 cl of agave syrup
  • 12 cl Perrier® Lime Flavor
  • 1 stick of cucumber
  • 1 slice of lime

Recipe:

  • Put a piece of fresh ginger and 2 cl of lime juice in a shaker.
  • Mash everything, then add 1 cl of agave syrup and 12 cl of Perrier® Saveur Lime. Mix well.
  • Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes, garnished with a wedge of lime and a stick of fresh cucumber.

Virgin Grapefruit Mojito

Ingredients (for 6 people):

  • 3 pink grapefruits
  • 90 g la Perruche brown sugar
  • 90 cl sparkling water (with large bubbles)
  • 36 cl pink grapefruit juice
  • ½ bunch fresh mint
  • 0.5 l of crushed ice

Recipe:

  • Wash, then peel the mint.
  • Peel the raw grapefruits and remove the segments.
  • At the bottom of the glasses, arrange the mint leaves before adding a spoonful of la Perruche brown sugar. Using a pestle, then crush the mint without crushing it too much.
  • Add all the grapefruit juice and a quarter of it. Fill glasses with crushed ice and top with sparkling water. Stir gently before serving.
  • Chef’s tip: You can also add 1 lime wedge to bring more acidity.

Pomegranate, apple and grapefruit mocktail

Pomegranate, apple and grapefruit mocktail recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 1 lime
  • Ginger
  • mint

Recipe:

  • Take a few seeds from the pomegranate and keep a small part for decoration.
  • Cut the apple and grapefruit into large slices.
  • Add a small piece of fresh ginger with the skin and the juice of a quarter of a lime.
  • Mix everything using a juicer or blender.
  • Serve in a cocktail glass with ice cubes.
  • Add some pomegranate seeds, mint leaves and a slice of lime for decoration.
