This model will satisfy most users without breaking the bank for a premium smartphone. It comes at an affordable price, while promising to make the most of the brand’s know-how. With sales coming in, he sees his price drop thanks to a €130 discount.

A smartphone that does not disappoint…

The OnePlus Nord 2T embodies the midrange of the brand and offers many qualities, starting with performance. This model is equipped with SoC from MediaTek: here it is combined with Dimensity 1300 and 8 GB of RAM. Slightly more powerful than the one used by the Nord 2, the phone is comfortable in all situations, with better fluidity when interacting in apps, for example. For gaming, it turns out to be very good, especially in this price range. It also comes with Oxygen OS skin which will be on Android 13 soon to ensure good fluidity. Note that it is also compatible with 5G network.

In terms of autonomy, the OnePlus Nord 2T has a 4500 mAh battery. With average use, the phone lasts a day, not more. Fortunately, the T model provides better fast charging, from 65W to 80W. This allows you to go back to 100% battery in a good half hour from scratch. During our test, we were able to recover a good third of the autonomy in a five-minute charge.

With a small compromise

Aesthetically, there’s nothing groundbreaking about it, and we appreciate that. It offers a flat display with thin bezels and a punch-driven design on the top left that hides the front camera. The Nord offers good grip, even with its 6.43-inch diagonal screen. It even benefits from an Amoled panel with a Full HD + image and a 90 Hz refresh rate for better fluidity.

Finally, the Nord 2T is not the camera of the year, but offers a triple sensor of 50 + 8 + 2 megapixels, which will satisfy the needs of many users. It excels with particularly good color management and decent sharpness, but the competition in this price segment is fierce. Night mode is not entirely convincing.
