This is a first. A well-known high-end catering company serving large events (Roland-Garros, diplomatic dinners, etc.) opens its creations to the general public on the occasion of Epiphany. In the unique pop-up, in-house pastry chef Marc Rivière, world champion pastry chef, shares two unique galette des Rois, including this gorgeous creation with a geometric pattern.
