Ingredients:

  • 800 g of leeks
  • 50 g of butter
  • 3 tbsp. fresh cream
  • 1 squeeze of lemon juice
  • 10 cl of white wine
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Sort the leeks and cut them into fairly thin slices. Wash them thoroughly with water.

2. Melt the butter in a large pan or casserole dish and add the leeks. Mix well.

3. Wear it low heat, cover and let thaw for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

4. Then add fresh cream, pour white wine and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add salt and pepper, mix well and reduce again for about ten minutes.

5. Serve the leek stock very hot, for example with fish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pastry dough
  • 4 eggs
  • 25 cl liquid cream
  • 3 leeks
  • 1 can of natural tuna
  • grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Wash the leeks well and finely chop them. Fry them in a large pan with butter. Add the peeled and cubed potatoes.

2. Pour in the water and milk, then cover. Bake for about 30 minutes. Potatoes should be soft. To make sure the potatoes are cooked, test them with a knife, if they slide, they are cooked.

  • 2 bird peppers
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of cooked salmon
  • 3 leeks
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 g of liquid cream
  • 10 g of milk
  • 3 tbsp. white wine
  • 1 C. olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Start the salmon and leek clafouti recipe by preheating the oven to 180°C.

2. Wash the leeks before chopping. Peel and finely chop the onion.

3. Cut the cooked salmon into small cubes and set aside.

4. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a saute pan. Then add leeks. After 10 minutes, clean with three tablespoons of white wine. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Break the eggs into a bowl. Then add liquid cream and milk and beat everything to get a homogeneous mixture. Book.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 800 g chopped leeks
  • 350 ml whole milk
  • 170 g of fresh cream
  • 50 g of blue cheese
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 C. mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper
  • 150 grated cheese
  • 50 g grated parmesan
  • 800 g potatoes, sliced
  • 3 tbsp. chopped onion

Preparation:

1. Melt the butter in a pan and add the chopped leeks. Leave to melt under the lid for about twenty minutes, stirring regularly.

2. Add milk, whipped cream, blue cheese, crushed garlic cloves, mustard, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mix well and cook again for about fifteen minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Remove from heat to cool.

4. Stir in the grated cheese and parmesan.

5. Place one-third of the potatoes in a buttered gratin dish, then cover with leeks. Sprinkle with cheese and onion, then repeat until all ingredients are used up. Finish with a layer of cheese and onions.

6. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes, cover the dish with aluminum foil. Tap the hole to check that the potato is cooked. Once they are soft, raise the oven temperature to 210°C and let them brown for a few minutes under the broiler.

  • 1 onion
  • 30 g of butter
  • 450 ml of water
  • 300 g of potatoes
  • 1 vegetable broth
  • 250 g of milk
  • 15 g of heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Wash the leeks well, then chop them. Peel and finely chop the onion.

2. Fry everything in a pan with butter for a few minutes.

3. Cover with water, then add the peeled and diced potatoes and stock. Mix well and cook for about 25 minutes.

4. After the potatoes and leeks are well cooked, add the milk and fresh cream, then mix until you get a smooth texture.

  • 2 white leeks
  • 200 g of cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 2 leeks
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g of flour
  • 5 g of cream
  • 5 cl of white wine
  • 45 g of grated Comte cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp. horse etc. milk
  • 1/2 packet of baking powder
  • 1 C. butter
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Start by making the leek stock (see the first recipe in the article).

2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

3. Beat eggs with milk in a bowl. Then pour flour and baking powder, then mix to get a homogeneous dough. Add leek stock and grated Comte cheese. Mix the preparation.

4. Butter or lightly grease the muffin tins. Divide the dough into molds and bake for 15 minutes.
