1. Wash and toss the salad. Cut into strips and divide into bowls.

2. Cook 2 soft-boiled eggs in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, plunge into ice water, then peel.

3. Mix 4 anchovy fillets with 2 egg yolks, parmesan (reserve a few scraps for dressing), peeled garlic cloves, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and olive oil, then pour over the sauce. salad and gently toss.

4. Arrange the croutons and cherry tomatoes on top of the salad, along with the soft-boiled eggs and the remaining anchovy fillets and Parmesan shavings. Chef’s tip: For gourmets, add meat with 2 chicken fillets. Fry them in butter and serve with chicken and salad.

– 4 large onions

– 20 g of butter

– 1 C. flour

– Salt and pepper

– 1 l of chicken broth

– 4 slices of village bread

– 100 g of grated cheese


1. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Fry them in a pot with butter for a few minutes on high heat.

2. Then they should be transparent and melt in the mouth. Sprinkle flour, mix and cook for 1 minute.

3. Season with salt and pepper, then pour in the chicken stock. Cover and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

– 8 lasagna noodles

– 3 pumpkins

– 1 eggplant

– 2 carrots

– 2 onions

– 1 glass of water

– 400 g of tomato pulp (Mutti type)

– 250 g Buffalo Mozzarella

– 1 Herbes de Provence reserve cube

– Olive oil

– Salt and pepper


1. Wash, peel and chop the vegetables. Keep the vegetables in a bowl.

2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

3. Peel and chop the garlic and onion. Using a sharp knife, finely chop the garlic and onion.

– 2 potatoes

– 50 g of butter

– 50 g of milk

1. To prepare this veloute, wash the leeks well and finely chop them. Fry them in a large pan with butter. Add the peeled and cubed potatoes.

– 370 g of dough (crust)

– 1 can of tomato sauce

– 150 g of spinach

– 1 jar of ricotta

– 70 g of pancetta

– 2 egg yolks

– 35 g parmesan

– Grated mozzarella

– 6 basil leaves

– 1 clove of garlic

– 2 pinches of Espelette pepper

– Olive oil

– Salt and pepper

Preparation :

1. Begin the recipe by cooking the shells according to the package directions.

2. Meanwhile, fry the pancetta in a pan without oil. Add previously peeled and chopped garlic cloves. Mix it up.

3. Wash the spinach well and drain. Add them to the pan and melt them with the butter for a few minutes. Book.

4. After the pasta is cooked, wash and drain it.

5. Then proceed to prepare the filling. To do this, pour the ricotta into a bowl. Add the egg yolks, Parmesan, Espelette pepper and chopped basil leaves. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Mix again.

7. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
