Alcohol-free Christmas cocktail recipe with Thermomix
Surely you have already started preparing for the end of the year celebrations! From Christmas dinner to main course to dessert… is it all planned or can we say? Have you thought about drinks that will refresh your guests in an original way? Here is our first Thermomix Christmas Cocktail recipe:
Ingredients:
- 400 g cranberry juice, no added sugar
- Lime juice
- 10 g of agave nectar
- A handful of cleaned and washed fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- 600 g of sparkling water
Directions:
Place the mint and cranberry juice in the bowl of a food processor and blend on speed 9 for 10 seconds to puree. Then add all other ingredients and mix on speed 6 for 7 seconds. Serve with ice cubes (optional) and garnish with mint leaves. Add more cranberry or lime juice depending on your taste.
Non-Alcoholic Piña Colada: An exotic idea not to be missed
Ingredients to buy:
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
- 3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1-3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- Fresh pineapple slices
- Maraschino cherries
Preparation:
Place the frozen pineapple and ice cubes in the bowl of your blender. Pour in the pineapple juice and coconut milk. Then add sugar and mix until smooth. Taste and add more sugar if necessary. Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries.
Pro type : To get your Piña Colada like a pro, it’s important to pre-chill the cocktail glasses by filling them with crushed ice. Drain them before pouring into the mocktail.
Make Christmas alcohol-free
The following non-alcoholic Christmas cocktail features a popular holiday treat, but with a new twist. See the items below:
- 2 pears, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon mixed spices (see recipe below)
- 400 ml of white grape juice
- 275 ml of ginger ale
- 500 ml sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- A handful of pomegranate seeds
- sprig of rosemary
Preparation method:
First mix the spice mix or word Mixed spices. For this, mix a tablespoon of ground allspice, cinnamon and ground nutmeg. Then add 2 teaspoons of ground mace and one teaspoon of ground cloves, ground coriander and powdered ginger to it. Mix well and store in an airtight container away from light.
To make a non-alcoholic Christmas punch, place the pear and lemon wedges, sugar and a teaspoon of mixed spices in a punch bowl and refrigerate for an hour to infuse thoroughly. Then add lemon and grape juice, stir to dissolve the sugar. Pour in the ginger ale, soda water and ice cubes. Finally, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and add brown rosemary! - 500 ml of pomegranate juice
- 25 g of golden sugar
- A handful of frozen blackberries
- 250 ml apple juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- 4 cloves
- 3 black peppercorns
- 1 orange, cut into slices
Preparation:
Place pomegranate juice, sugar, blackberry and apple juice in a saucepan. Then add cinnamon, star anise, cloves, nori pepper and orange. Heat slightly until boiling. Remove from heat and strain into heatproof glasses.
