A matter of time
Another topic that bothers everyone who wants to change their movie: do they really have to do without your precious smartphone for five days? From what Samsung told us, yes. “Today, the observed average time including returning a smartphone to a repair center is 5 days, but we are trying to offer replacement of the protective film in our approved local network. » It’s clear that Samsung is working to improve the wait time, but for now we’ll have to be patient because authorized centers can’t repair the film themselves.
